Search Request

A search request consists of any purchase that’s not available at our no-fee retailers. This is our most flexible service to clients where you can ask for virtually any item that’s currently in-season. We can also help with pre-orders for upcoming seasons. Our team will search the entire country on your behalf and purchase your request from the retailer offering you the best value (price, return policy, shipping cost etc). A search request incurs a 10% search fee unless we can locate your items at one of our no-fee retailers.

Steps for placing a search request:

• Browse any US website, fashion magazine or designer collection
• Use our request form to send us your shopping list
• We send you a cost summary detailing taxes, shipping and our 10% search fee
• Our secure payment link allows you to use your local currency credit card or PayPal
• Let us do all the work for you - Ordering. Shipping. Returns. It doesn't get any easier!

No-Fee Retailer Request

Browse our list of no-fee retailers and all purchase requests are fee-free. We'll handle your order, consolidate your packages and handle all returns at no extra charge. All you have to do is pay for FedEx shipping to your delivery destination.

Steps for placing a no-fee retailer request:

• Visit the preferred retailers page and click on any banner.
• Copy and paste the weblinks of any products you want to purchase into our request form or send them directly to your personal shopper
• We'll send you a detailed cost summary including a secure payment link
• Use your local currency credit card or PayPal for checkout
• Now let us do all the work for you - Ordering. Shipping. Returns. It doesn't get any easier!
